CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

One command centre for every site, drawing and deadline.

Agentic construction keeps your programme and the people running it in the same place — tasks and critical path, risks, quality and safety records, cost and vendor performance. Each organisation's data is completely isolated from every other's.

Headline metrics, phase progress and what needs attention today.

Phased schedule with planned and actual dates, dependencies and the critical path called out.

A live register with owners and mitigations, and the recovery actions that buy time back.

Daily logs, quality checkpoints and safety observations as structured records.

Line-item estimates by head, tracked against the contract value.

Project lifecycle

From first pour to handover

One project, tracked the whole way up. Every phase keeps its own records, checks and sign-offs, so what happened on site in month two is still there at handover.

Capabilities

Built around how a project is actually run

Each project gets a dashboard assembled from its own data, not a generic template.

Programme and critical path

A phased schedule with planned and actual dates, progress and dependencies — and the chain that actually decides your finish date.

  • Critical-path and late-task highlighting
  • Civil, PEB and MEP discipline views
  • Drawing and approval register

Site records

The evidence a project is judged on, captured as structured records rather than loose files and photos in a chat thread.

  • Daily log — weather, manpower, activity
  • Quality checkpoints with acceptance criteria
  • Safety log and material register

Cost and vendors

Line-item estimates by head, alongside how each vendor is actually performing.

Risks and recommendations

A live register with owners and mitigations, plus prioritised actions carrying the days and cost they would recover.

Roles that match the site

Viewer, editor and project administrator per project, with organisation and platform administrators above them.

Notifications

Messages that arrive, on the channel that suits the person

Morning briefings, deadline reminders and escalations. Three switches have to agree before anything is sent, so nothing goes out that someone did not ask for.

Email

The system of record. Every notification is available by email, and every attempt is logged — delivered or failed, never silently dropped.

WhatsApp

Added per notification and per person. Someone has to supply a number and opt in before anything reaches it, and turning it off never affects their email.

Onboarding

Organisations are verified before they go live

Every tenant on the platform is a real, documented business — and stays suspended until it is.

1

Register

Legal name, CIN, GSTIN and PAN, registered address and contacts.

2

Verify

Confirm the official email and mobile with a one-time code.

3

Upload

Incorporation certificate, GST, PAN and address proof.

4

Review

An administrator approves, rejects, or asks for specific changes.

Activate

The organisation admin sets their own password from a single-use link.

Questions

Before you sign in

Six things worth knowing about how this works — isolation, access, documents and who decides what gets sent.

Something not covered here?

Anything specific to your account, your projects or your team is best answered by your own organisation administrator.

Sign in to ask
Isolation Can another organisation see our data?
No. Organisation is the tenant boundary — projects, users, documents and audit records all hang off it. A request for another organisation returns "not found" rather than "forbidden", so even the existence of their data is not disclosed.
Access Who sets the organisation administrator's password?
They do. No password is ever generated, emailed or stored by the platform. After approval they receive a single-use link and choose their own, and that link expires.
Documents What happens to our uploaded documents?
They are stored outside the web root and streamed only to people whose access is re-checked on every request. There is no static URL that could be shared or guessed, and every download is recorded.
Channels Do we have to use WhatsApp?
No. Email works on its own. WhatsApp is added per notification and per person — someone has to supply a number and opt in before anything is sent to it, and turning it off never affects email.
Control Can we control which notifications go out?
Yes, at three levels: whether a scheduled job runs at all, whether a given notification uses email or WhatsApp, and each person's own preferences. All three have to agree before a message is sent.
Getting started How do we get an account?
A platform administrator registers your organisation and nominates your administrator, who then adds the rest of your team. If you have been invited, sign in and your projects will be waiting.

Ready when you are

Sign in to your organisation's workspace. If your organisation is new here, ask your administrator to register it.
